We are United States citizens and residents who believe in a true, free market health care system.

We join with others to discuss, evaluate, and advance ideas that will foster a market-based health care system.

Our mission is fourfold:

• We want to influence United States' citizens and residents to embrace free market health care.
• We want to reduce reliance on expensive and wasteful government health care programs.
• We expect to reduce the power and influence that politicians have over health care systems.
• We will help citizens from other nations to throw off their government-run, bureaucratic health care system; to replace it with a market-based system.
